Meet the founders
steve
After school I went onto college and did an apprenticeship with carpenters for two years. gaining a nvq lvl 2. This pushed me to learn more so I moved onto working with a builder to gain more knowledge. I then went to work for myself where I got to meet Callum through my sister Chelsea where we worked together for a few years before we decided to start a new venture together, red maple design and build.
Callum
After school I didn’t know what to do so my father suggested an apprenticeship where I completed a nvq lvl 2 in carpentry for an insurance company. I stayed on with the company for ten years before going self-employed learning many different trades along the way. After meeting Chelsea I was introduced to Steve and realised we had both done the same course and soon became work colleagues with the same goal of starting our own company. With Steve and myself as co founders of red maple design and build and Chelsea as our secretary we are a family run company.
